Long-Slow-Yoga:A flow class with longer holds and slower tempo.
Beginner Yoga: Yoga class for beginners.
Hot Yoga: Yoga class in a heated room with flow elements as well as stretches.


Pilates

Pilates: Controlled movements, stretching and breathing, improving flexibility and strength.
Fit Pilates: Mix of fitness and pilates techniques where some new exercises have been added.
Pilates Machines: Max. 2 people per class, needs to be reserved in advance.


Streching

A class focusing solely on stretching.


Healthy back

A class focusing on the back area.


Hypo pressure

A recent technique used to help in exercising the pelvic floor and toning the abdomen.


Qigong

A holistic system of coordinated body postures and movements, breathing and meditation.
