It helps in balancing your body and soul using repetitive movements including breathing techniques. Most of our classes are dynamic, we move in between the postures to maintain heat and strength. The Hot Yoga class is practiced in a heated room with elements of flow as well as stretches. It is very important to stay hydrated before and during the class, remember to bring that water bottle with you!
