Hypopressure
Exercises that decrease intra-abdominal pressure causing positive effects on postural, respiratory, vascular and metabolic levels.

Practice that helps to improve breathing, concentration and balance, as well as to reduce stress.
Reiki & Meditation
Class that through meditation will bring us relaxation and the opening of your chakras (energy centre). You will receive a REIK USUI session that provides energetic cleansing, destroying blockages and restoring your vital energy and harmonising our aura through the energy of the 5 elements: Earth, Water, Fire, Air and Ether.
Pilates
Series of controlled exercises that exercise body and mind through control and breathing. It’s purpose is to strengthen the muscles and increase the control, strength and flexibility of our body.
Pilates machines: Series of controlled movements on apparatus that allow for greater precision and correct alignment of our body.
Maximum two people per class. Reservations must be made in advance.
Postural Training
Training to release unnecesary muscle tension, increase elasticity, flexibility and muscle tone in pursuit of body balance and postural control.

Series of exercises aimed at improving physical and mental health .
Stretching
Gentle and progressive stretching to improve flexibility.
Yoga
HATHA: This is the most classic generic style of practising postures (asanas) that give the muscles firmness and elasticity, always seeking a balance between elasticity and firmness.
KUNDALINI: It includes yoga postures(asanas) with special emphasis on breathing techniques (pranayama) during the practice, along with mantra chanting and meditation.
PROMAYOGA: categorised as a vinyasa style of yoga, (Progressive Mastery) allows the practitioner to realise their body´s potential, through a series of asanas with increasingly challenging variations.
IYENGAR: it focuses on the correct alignment of the body (biomechanics and anatomy) and the precision of the postures, with the particularity that they are held longer and work with supports. Meditation in action.
VINYASSA: Generic style that incluides dynamic sequences called ¨vinyasa ¨, usually guided with different levels of difficulty. They coordinate movement with breathing.
